• Delivered $6 Mil in sponsorship funding as part of a $14 Mil 'go-to-market' program while executing a $50 Mil IPC/network refresh program.

• Transitioned 1,000 third-party agreements/licenses in one of HP's outsourcing engagements.

• Delivered benchmarks results in negotiating with major suppliers.


2003 - 1997: Global Strategic Sourcing/e-business Leader - Procter & Gamble, Global Business Services

• Led the contract benchmarking and 'Option B' research in support of P&G's mega (+$25Bil) outsourcing deal that was presented to the P&G Board and ultimately split between four winners.

• Provided 'on-loan software licensing consulting to Transora and secured execution of an ASP agreement that was subsequently deployed to 57 member investor companies - initially capitalized at $270Mil.

• Delivered $75 Mil in cumulative Telco savings while concurrently building one of the largest enterprise-owned metro dark fiber optical backbones in NA that included fiber donated to local Cincinnati schools.


1997 - 1995: Energy Leader - Procter & Gamble, Global Business Services

• Natural Gas– Led the development & deployment of forward coverage plans in support of +200 US locations including 100MW of resale cogeneration.

• Led and executed a 25-year co-generation outsourcing project that delivered $7 Mil in upfront cash and $13 Mil NPV.

• Electricity Commodity Manager – responsible for the development of Sourcing plans for +200 US locations. Developed the first fixed/interruptible enterprise OTC swap & other deregulatory initiatives.


1995 – 1985: Buckeye Cellulose - FOB/CIF Export & Hedge Desk Operations Manager

• Ran the only speculative trading desk within P&G on behalf of Buckeye.

• Hedge Desk Operations Manager - Soybean Crushing.
